Maintec Student's Training Program provide an opportunities for recent college graduates to spend few weeks engaged in preparing them self to face the challenges of technology world, an important aspect which they miss out in there course curriculum. It has been observed that the freshers coming out from college do face a common challenge of Industry expectations, the challenge of relating theory and practice. This is where we have found a gap in freshers potential and market requirement. Training at Maintec fills this gap and makes the pass outs productive from day one.
Our mission is to enhance technology solution skills and to eliminate the disproportion for skills output and job requirement through the development of a diverse and intense training modules.
While in this program participants work side-by-side with some of the leading technology solution providers in an environment devoted exclusively to skill enhancement, we make sure to add two integral components to all the programs; these are personality development and ability to visualize the future technology challenges.
The duration of the programs vary from 4 weeks to 10 weeks which also includes is extensive hands on training and industry relevant live project. Maintec's distinguished teachers, scholars, and professionals actively challenge students / participants to high levels of intellectual and professional accomplishment and personal growth in preparation for careers, advanced studies and productive citizenship in an increasingly global economy and technological world.
Our training programs are always open to suitably qualified candidates with an aim to contribute significant landmark in the technology world. The common eligibility criterion for any programs is a good honors/ first-class degree in Computing, Engineering, or some other branch of the mathematical and physical sciences. A Masters degree or relevant industrial experience would also be advantageous. For exact eligibility requirements please see individual program details as it may vary as per program type.
